Digital oscilloscope data transmission in high frequency signal acquisition
When Matlab reads and writes data of oscilloscope waveform in binary format, the conversion between the read and write data and the actual data of oscilloscope is given by equation (1) :
Where: Yn is the data in the input and output buffers, n is the number of data
Xn, Yn are the actual sampling time and signal amplitude in the oscilloscope,
Xzero is the time of the first point of the collected waveform.
Xiner is the sampling rate on the horizontal axis,
Yzero is the amplitude of 0dB '
Ymul is the scaling factor on the vertical axis;
Yoff is the vertical offset.
It can be seen from the formula that the transmitted data are completely in accordance with the sampling rate of oscilloscope, and the waveform is true and reliable.
